HOUSTON - Coast Guard Ensign Yamaris Barril, from Coast Guard Sector Houston/Galveston, conducts an interview with the Spanish-speaking television station UniVision here on Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2006. The interview concentrated on improvements the Coast Guard has made to port security since the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001. Barril, a native of Trujillo Alto, Puerto Rico, works in the Prevention Department at the sector.
