 Coast Guard sets maritime security zones for Pittsburgh Summit 2009

PITTSBURGH - U.S. Coast Guard Seamen Erik Dahl and Adam Peers position for setting a buoy along the Allegheny River, Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2009.
