NEW ORLEANS – U.S. Coast Guard Petty Officer 2nd Class Nick Gilmore, an aviation survival technician from Air Station New Orleans, is lowered from an Air Station New Orleans MH-65C Dolphin rescue helicopter onto the deck of the Port of South Louisiana's PSL Responder, Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2009, during a joint agency hoist training exercise on Lake Pontchartrain. The PSL Responder is a 57-foot port security vessel, dedicated to the Port of South Louisiana in 2007.
