Sabine-Neches Waterway opens to limited traffic

PORT ARTHUR, Texas - The first commercial vessel to transit the Sabine-Neches Waterway since its closure Saturday, the Greek-flagged Maya nears the Martin Luther King Jr., Bridge here Jan. 27, 2010.
