National Maritime Day events scheduled in Port Arthur, Texas

WHO: Southeast Texas Waterways Advisory Council (SETWAC) and U.S. Coast Guard Marine Safety Unit Port Arthur

WHAT: In honor of National Maritime Day, May 21, there will be a Maritime Memorial Service and a dedication ceremony for the NOAA PORTS System in Port Arthur, Texas.

WHEN & Where: Maritime Memorial Service - 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., Friday, May 21, 2010, at the Seafarer's Memorial Sundial, 1000 Lakeshore Drive, Port Arthur, Texas

NOAA PORTS System Dedication Ceremony - 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Friday, May 21, 2010, at the Carl Parker Center, 1800 Lakeshore Drive, Port Arthur, Texas
