| NEW ORLEANS -- Coast Guard, Plaquemine Parish Port Authority and Homeland Security units provide an escort as the blowout preventer (BOP) of the Deepwater Horizon is transported on the Mississippi River into New Orleans, Sept. 11, 2010.
